Today was my second training run. My coach, Mat Nark, has me starting out very conservatively, which I appreciate. The last thing I want is to go out too fast or too long and risk injury. I need to take this slowly.
I had a 4 mile run today, at a 8:40 pace, which is very comfortable for me. Thankfully we have had some amazing weather here in upstate NY. It's been high 60's and sunny which is just perfect. It's bound to take a turn for the worse, but for now I will enjoy it.
Next run - Friday, 3/26, 3 miles
